The National Insurance Office wishes to encourage members of the public to continue to use our conveniently-located drop-boxes and available online facilities wherever possible, in order to reduce the incidence of physical contact.
In the event that your transaction cannot be otherwise completed, the Unemployment Section located in the E. Humphrey Walcott Building will be open from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, while the Cashier and Customer Service areas in the Frank Walcott Building will remain open from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday.
In keeping with the COVID-19 Safety Protocols, the National Insurance Office appeals to visitors to its premises to queue in an orderly manner, keeping the safe distance of six feet between persons. In addition, the public is advised to wear face masks or face masks with shields, receive temperature checks and sanitize hands on entry to our Offices.
