Outstanding NIS Pension Cheques to be Delivered by Pension Day

Director of Finance and Economic Affairs, Mr. Ian Carrington has reassured NIS pensioners that all outstanding cheques will be issued by Pension Day on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Speaking to CBC News on Friday, December 17, 2021, Mr. Carrington noted the majority of the NIS pension cheques had been delivered. In addition, arrangements were made to have the outstanding cheques delivered to pensioners by Pension Day.

    I am still awaiting my pension for December 2021. My name is Lester W. Headley of 54 Atlantic Park, St. Philip and I am checking my account and no money has been deposited into my account for the month. Can someone please let me know when I can expect to receive my pension for this month? Thank you.

    I did not receive mine in Canada as yet- Due on December 20th and today is the 23rd.

    I have not seen my pension for this month which is normally paid on the 15th of each month. Please check for me. My wife also has not received anything.

    I applied for my old age pension in June 2021 and this is February 28th 2022
    and I have not received any money as of today February 28th.
